Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value our customers and take utmost care in ensuring high-quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Policy

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed.
This is because each product is carefully quality-checked, packed, and shipped individually.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement or resolution in the rare case where:

• You receive the wrong product (different size, design, or color from what was ordered).
• The product is damaged during transit.
• The item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue clearly visible upon delivery.

2. Conditions for Reporting an Issue

• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
• Attach clear photos and full non-edited & continuous unboxing video showing the issue.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for us to consider the request.
• Our team will verify and respond within 24 hours.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Color or print variation due to lighting, screen display, or dye batch differences.
• Minor irregularities in handloom or handcrafted products — these are not defects.
• Orders placed during Sale or Clearance events.
• Customized or altered garments.

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be provided and the issue is verified as our error.
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as processing begins immediately after payment.
In exceptional cases (before dispatch), you may contact us, and cancellation may be considered at our discretion.
