Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excl. weekends & public holidays) after you receive an order confirmation email.
- You’ll receive a separate notification when your order is shipped.
- During sale or festival periods, dispatch may take slightly longer; we’ll notify you if that’s the case.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

- Estimated delivery times (from shipment):
- DTDC: 5-7 business days
- India Post: 7-10 business days
- These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Order tracking
- After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can also view tracking from My Account → Orders.
- Tracking is also availble on our website by visiting Track Order page.
4. Shipping partners
We use trusted couriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC and India Post to deliver your orders safely.
6. Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Undelivered / returned packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or recipient unavailability, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
8. Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at:
